The goal of this project was to create a poster series using abstract photography and type, splicing them and sequencing the two mediums into notations.
I got drawn to this building on my way home one day based on its various mix of textures and the large circles plastered all over the structure. I got up close and tried different angles to play with perspective and emphasize the texture of the building.
Splicing together various letterforms with the photography above, I played off the curved or angular shape of the letterform when combining photography.
